BYBL was created with both affordable luxury and sustainability in mind. Designed to elevate any space with their indulgent scent throw, and neutral aesthetic. Each candle is hand-poured using natural and sustainable materials from wick to wax. Our candles are made with 100% Soy Wax. Containing zero additives or paraffins. All of our products are vegan and cruelty free. BYBL's aim is to captivate the senses whilst also honouring you, and the environment. Our ethos is simple, clean and calm. We believe in quiet luxury and clean materials that bring a sense of calm to your life. Authentically crafted in Glasgow, Scotland.

Are your products CLP compliant?
Yes, we are fully compliant! You will find CLP labels on all of our products.
What will my order look like when it arrives?
All orders will arrive packaged within one of our custom BYBL parcel boxes unless your order is very small in size, ie. Individual wax melts then this may arrive in a postal bubble envelope. Candles are placed within our signature linen drawstring bag for protection against dust and debris. Items within your parcel box will be wrapped for protection in transit. Each parcel will be gift wrapped and finished with a satin bow and custom BYBL label before being closed and sent to its new home- perfect dor direct gifting.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and sent out within 1-3 days. Delivery time is dependent on location and courier delays, however most orders arrive within 5 days of purchase.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We make every effort to protect your parcels in transit and make sure they arrive safe, however due to the delicate nature of our products, sometimes accidents do happen. If your parcel arrives damaged please reach out to us in the first instance using the ‘contact’ page on our website and we will be happy to rectify this!
